Ten reason why Digital is better than Advertising

At PSFK London, Iain from Poke presented his ten reasons which are:

1. We don’t have to do advertising
2. You can just do things (don’t need a budget or media space)
3. A ‘just do it’ attitude fosters a culture of entrepreneurism*
4. Egos are marginally smaller (we know what we don’t know)
5. Online audiences are great
6. We can be inventors
7. There’s less to lose – You can fail online quickly and cheaply. Offline you only fail slowly and expensively
8. You don’t have to work somewhere with 4 middle aged blokes surnames above the door**
9. Working with people who properly live in the exciting and fun world we love
10. The rules change every day
