1.Consumers/citizens within a community react to a government/corporate story.
2.Consumers/citizens take control of the government/corporate story through user generated content and transmedia.
3.Government, NGO’s, Corporations and brands don’t control the story they want to tell it to the community.
Strong and emotional « trad » government/corporate community storytelling through transmedia is expensive, thus limiting the frequency and the quality of the dialogue with consumers.
