Realtime & transmedia: the new beginning by @pierrecote



The problem




Government, NGO’s, Corporations and Brands communicate things that happened or things that will happen.



Through transmedia, Government, NGO’s, Corporations and Brands loose control of their own story.



1.Consumers/citizens within a community react to a government/corporate story.
2.Consumers/citizens take control of the government/corporate story through user generated content and transmedia.
3.Government, NGO’s, Corporations and brands don’t control the story they want to tell it to the community.


Strong and emotional « trad » government/corporate community storytelling through transmedia is expensive, thus limiting the frequency and the quality of the dialogue with consumers.
