Who finances Emmanuela Douyon?

This morning, controversial Haitian power woman Emmanuela Douyon will adress U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs.

According to leaked documents we received, at 10h00, she will pretend she is there on behalf of a radical extreme-right activist group.

But will she really be there on behalf of them ?

Sources in Pétionville are telling us she will in fact be there as a very special under the radar envoy of the Haitian oligarchs.

We have learned from our Washington analyst that in her expose, she could ask the Administration of U.S. President Joe Biden to listen to the voices of civil society.

But who is the civil society she is representing today?

Les Boulos?

Les Vorbe?

In a democracy everyone should have the right to express themselves freely.

But in a democracy, people also have to right to know the truth.

So what is the truth about Emmanuela Douyon?

Like many Haitians, she wears many hats.

In this sophisticated Washington DC political tragic “mise-en-scène”, we have been told she will be wearing the “victim” hat with a specific agenda financed by few rich and powerful Haitians that do not want President Jovenel Moïse to end his political 5 years mandate.

She could also probably talk about a report published by Haitian Court of auditors.

But, in that context, will she say that report could have been entirely manipulated by pseudo-politicians Youri Latortue and Evaliere Beauplan?

Will she explain the waste and misappropriation of billions of dollars from START, a mysterious Canadian fund intended to finance development projects in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake that included contribution of $4.4 million to the International Organization for Migration for the construction of the Croix-des-Bouquets prison in 2010?

In fact, the question we are asking the community this morning is: will she speak the truth or will she express the point of view of a few dominant “mulato” minority who pays her a lot of money, we’ve read USD 150K, to betray her roots as a street-cred traditional Haitian activist woman???
