A vision, my vision.
just got off the phone with our Governor General's secretary. i had written the GG pleading for her to orchestrate immediate medical supplies in Port-au-Prince. her secretary said that she cannot do anything herself directly, she can only point people in the right direction. now is the time for everyone to act beyond their normal responsibilities. but apparently the most powerful Haitian born woman in Canada will not do anything outside of her normal roles for fear it would appear she was intervening in government business. what a shame.
This is totally confusing and implies money has been donated already. You keep repeating the tweet asking 'what organisation should we give the money to ?' Are you referring to money people collectively raise? Unbelievably unclear. The concert you held on Saturday for Haiti was also to raise funds and awareness for Haiti. To raise funds (or so it was implied) for a cause, as voted on here, yet you NEVER once mentioned it in your broadcast verbally, If you had/have no intention of mentioning it why keep asking the question. If you say it's not about giving money but 'time' why keep asking where the money should go?
